Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) outlines the rules and expectations for participation in our Rewards Plan and broader platform. By enrolling as a Member, you agree to uphold the values of transparency, fairness, and responsible conduct outlined below.
1. Purpose of the Rewards Plan
Our Rewards Plan is designed to reward Members for their contributions to the growth of our community. Built on a unilevel structure, it enables unlimited direct referrals and offers recurring annual rewards based on your Rank and network activity.
2. Acceptable Use
Members must
- Act with Integrity: Represent the Rewards Plan truthfully and avoid misleading claims about earnings or guarantees.
- Respect the Structure: Recruit and engage Members in accordance with the unilevel model. No manipulation of placement or artificial inflation of network size is permitted.
- Use Accurate Information: Provide and maintain truthful personal and payment details.
- Honor the Community: Treat all Members with respect. Harassment, coercion, or exploitation of others is strictly prohibited.
- Comply with Local Laws: Ensure your participation aligns with the laws and regulations of your country or region.
3. Prohibited Activities
The following actions are strictly forbidden:
- Spamming or Mass Solicitation: Unsolicited messages or aggressive recruitment tactics are not allowed.
- Fraudulent Activity: Creating fake accounts, falsifying referrals, or misrepresenting your Rank or earnings.
- Gaming the System: Circumventing Rank requirements or reward thresholds through deceptive means.
- Unauthorized Use of Brand Assets: Using our name, logo, or materials without permission or in misleading contexts.
4. Rewards Plan Integrity
To preserve the fairness of the Rewards Plan:
- Members may recruit an unlimited number of direct referrals, but must do so ethically.
- Rank upgrades must be earned through legitimate activity and fee payment.
- Rewards are calculated based on actual annual fees paid by active Members in your network.
- The Titan Rank unlocks full access to all 6 levels and the highest reward rate (6%).
5. Enforcement & Consequences
Violations of this AUP may result in:
- Temporary suspension of account privileges
- Forfeiture of rewards or Rank status
- Permanent removal from the platform
We reserve the right to investigate any suspected abuse and take appropriate action to protect the integrity of the community.
6. Transparency & Earnings
While the Rewards Plan offers significant earning potential, actual results depend on your effort, network activity, and adherence to this policy. No income is guaranteed.
7. Updates to This Policy
This AUP may be updated periodically. Continued participation after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
